When do I get access after my order? ▼

Can I try the program first? ▼
Yes. The first exercises of each section are freely available on the site. You can also request a no-obligation introductory call via info@characterfirst.be.
Which sports is this program suited for? ▼
Character First was developed from a basketball context but is 100% sport-agnostic. The exercises have been used in football, volleyball, hockey, athletics and schools. The principles are universal.
Do I need a background in psychology as a coach? ▼
No. Every exercise has a detailed moderator guide. You don't need to be an expert — the program guides you step by step.
What is the minimum group size for The Week or The Season? ▼
The program works best with at least 8 players. The maximum is 25. For larger groups, please get in touch for a tailored approach.
Can I cancel Coach Month whenever I want? ▼
Yes, Coach Month can be cancelled monthly with no notice period. Coach Year is an annual licence and is not renewed automatically.
Is the price per team or per player? ▼
The team price (The Week / The Season) is per group of up to 25 players — not per player. This keeps it affordable for clubs of every level.
